Shipping When will my item ship?
We ship and process orders five days a week Monday - Friday except holidays.
We will ship with USPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer-selected shipping option during checkout. If your address is not deliverable by USPS, please contact us for a viable shipping option. If your package is returned by the post office, we will not re-ship it unless additional postage is paid.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with the tracking link from our shipping carrier. Please allow 24 hrs for the tracking link to be updated correctly. For orders shipped with First Class Standard Shipping or some shaft orders, there will be no guaranteed en-route updates aside from the initial carrier pick-up and final delivery update.
Do you ship Internationally (Outside the USA)?
Yes, we do! We offer competitive weight-based shipping rates with USPS First Class Mail International to almost every country outside the US. Please note all prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. With some international orders, there may be additional charges based on your country's regulations for which you will be responsible. To find out your international shipping rate, please add your items to the Cart and begin the checkout process. After entering your shipping address, you will see a selection of shipping carriers and their respective costs depending on the service you select. Or contact us by email with your full shipping address, and the items and quantity you'd like to order, and we can provide some competitive shipping quotes for you.
Our item shows as delivered but we didn't receive it. Can you help?
Yes, sometimes carriers scan delivered prior to delivery so there may be a day or two lag before your item shows up in your mailbox or doorstep. If a couple days pass and your item still hasn't been delivered we will contact Consumer Affairs with the USPS and have GPS data pulled to determine the actual delivery location. If the location is outside of the provided delivery address, we will issue a full refund or reship the package depending on the customer's preference. Payment Payment is required upon checkout. We except, all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment. If we receive a fraud alert upon receipt of payment, we will work in conjunction with our payment processor to clear the charge and get it released for shipment. You may be contacted for additional information so it is important to provide a working email address and phone number. Returns 30 Day Return Policy
Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 30 days and you will receive a full refund less any shipping paid at checkout. Returns of unused or unworn products with their original tags and packaging, are eligible for a full refund. Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the original purchase qualified for free returns and we provide you a Prepaid Shipping Label. We will not accept return items shipped to us Collect On Delivery.
Please include a copy of your receipt and note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the original shipping carton. Return may be void if the product is damaged.
